Abstract
A tractor transmission as the research object, the maximum load per unit length, transmission errors and harmonic response in the gear teeth meshing process based on Romax software were analyzed. The results showed that the transmission error was very large, there was a big meshing impact in the process of meshing gears, the gear needed modification to improve the situation by force, reduced noise and extended gear life; after the lead modification, meshing impact eased, vibration and noise transfer had been weakened, gear force reduced, extended the life of the gear, but after the tooth profile modification, the maximum load per unit length of the tooth had increased, meshing impact had been larger, gear carrying capacity reduced.关键词
