Study on the Physiological Mechanism of the Resistance of Galium aparine L. against Florasulam

摘要

Abstract

This paper preliminarily studied the physiological symptom change of sensitive Galium aparine L.(S biotype) and resistant Galium aparine L.(R biotype) through field test and analysis measure in laboratory. The results showed that: the ALS dynamic performance in R biological increased first then decreased after sulfur difluoride alachlor treatment in the field recommended dosage limit 4.5 g a.i hm-2, and reached a peak at 7 d, which is 1.4 times of references. While in S biological, the ALS dynamic performance gradually reduce with the prolong of processing time. Results through the study on protective enzyme POD and SOD showed that POD changes in R biotype after spraying was increasing, reducing and increasing and reach a peak at 7 d, which is 16.5 g-1• FW-1 higher than the reference. SOD changing trend was decreasing first then increasing. S biotype at 4 d after processed. POD activity in the body was significantly decreased after treatment and reached a minimum at 7 d. SOD changes prolonged with the prolonging processing time and SOD activity was also decreased. Comprehensive analysis showed that the plants of R bio-type can normally grow after being stressed by double fluoride sulfur alachlor and neuropathy target esterase ALS remained high activity, the sustained and steady protective enzymes POD, SOD was the main physiological mechanism producing anti-sulfonamide to Florasulam.
