摘要

Abstract

According to the characteristics of agricultural machinery water tank welding fixture, this paper utilized three mapping Pro / E software based on CAD technique to co-design the general purpose welding fixture for agricultural machinery water tank, and designed the base plate of welding fixture, positioning blocks, the back - end top block, connecting plate and intensify wrench, and finally, have assembly of all the parts designed of the welding jig. The computer simulation technology is used to design welding fixture, establish welding products and its fixture manufacturing model, and then verify the feasibility of the design of the welding fixture.
