摘要

Abstract

To research compressed sensing reconstruction algorithm which was applied in MRI,and then a specific implementation of CS algorithm in MRI using C was proposed for engineering application.The software system was developed with VC6.0 based on MFC dialog.Firstly,it could establish phantoms or import the data collected by MR scanner.Then sampling trajectories were de-signed and it could simulate compressed sensing sparse collection.Thirdly,the image sparse transform methods were could selected. And finally,images were successfully reconstructed with high quality by using the algorithm.It provides an important reference for the application of CS algorithm in MRI scanner.
