聚（L-丙交酯-co-乙交酯）的制备及性能研究

Abstract
The poly(L-lactide-co-glycolide)(PLGA),in which the mass fraction ratio of glycolide and L-lactide was 6∶4, were prepared by bulk ring-opening polymerization at high temperature and high vacuum using stannous octoate as catalyst and 1 ,4-butanediol as initiator.The chemical structure of the polymer was characterized by IR and 1 H NMR,and the properties were researched by DSC,TGA,XRD and rheometer.The results show that PLGA has high thermal stability and it is amorphous.The melt of PLGA is shear-thinning fluid,it has lower storage modulus and higher loss modulus.关键词
