玻璃离子水门汀与光固化复合树脂的蠕变实验
The Experiment of Creep with Glass Ionomer Cement and Light-cured Composite Resin
摘要
Abstract
To get the creep data and the creep curves by creep test with the light cured glass ionomer cement specimen,the glass ionomer cement specimen and the light cured composite resin sample,we established the creep equation of different sample,and we analyzed the creep characteristics of three kinds of materials,which provide a clinical creep parameters were analyed.10 glass ionomer cement specimen of the light cared,10 glass ionomer cement specimen,and the 10 specimen of light cured composite resin sample were taken,and we conducted creep experiments in electronic universal testing machine.We simulated human body temperature at a tem-perature of 36.5 ±0.5 ℃ and applied to the specimen stress with stress increasing speed of 0.1Mpa/s,then 100 experimental data in each of samples were collected,then the normalized analysis method was used for processing creep data,and crept curve fitting.The creep of the light cured glass ionomer cement specimen at 7 200 s was 0.301%,the creep of the glass ionomer cement specimen at 7 200 s was 0.262%,and the creep of the glass ionomer cement specimen at 7 200 s was 0.230%,The creep of the light cured glass ionomer cement specimen at 7 200 s was more than that of the glass ionomer cement specimen and the light cured composite resin sam-ple.The differences between the three materials were significant(P<0.05).The creep curve of each specimen is the relationship be-tween changes in index.Light cured glass ionomer cement can improve the creep properties because of the photochemical treatment .关键词
