摘要

Abstract

To analyze the leaching content from disposable infusion by simulating clinical use of Penicillin sodium injection.We used type A and B infusion from two different manufacturers.Drug adsorption and compound migrating were not found using HPLC. However,after the detection of GC-MS,cyclohexanone and DEHP were found in both of the two infusions,little isooctanol was also found in infusion A.These leaching contents were all introduced by the manufactor of the infusion,and the doses were far below the in-take of human body.This research shows that the use of disposable infusion for Penicillin sodium in clinical treatment takes a lower risk.
