摘要

Abstract

To prepare nano -sized biphasic calcium phosphate (BCP)bioceramic powders.BCP was prepared by a sol -gel method starting from (CH3 O)3 P and Ca(NO3 )24H2 O.The product was analyzed using XRD,SEM and TEM.The influences of the heat treating temperature and the starting Ca/P mol ratio on the composition and particle size of BCP product were investigated.The heat treating temperature had certain influence on the Ca/P mol ratio and the particle size of the product.The phase constitution which decides the bioactivity and bio -degradation of the product could be controlled by the starting Ca/P mol ratio.Nano sized biphasic cal-cium phosphate (BCP)bioceramic powders with range from 50nm to 100nm can be derived from sol -gel method.The particle size and the constitution of the product can be controlled by the process condition.
