摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a method for uncertainty analysis on determination of Flutamide Tablets by HPLC. Methods A mathematic model was established by HPLC to identify the influence factors impacting uncertainty and each component of uncertainty was also evaluated. Results Each component of uncertainty was calculated by analyzing the vari-ous variable parameters in the procedure,the combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were finally obtained. Conclu-sion This method can be used for the uncertainty analysis of determination of medicines by HPLC.关键词
