Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the determination of Pd in miglitol by graphite furnace atomic absorp-tion spectrometry. Methods Palladium hollow cathode lamp was used. The detection wavelength was 247. 6 nm. Graphite Furnace Atomizer was adopted. Results The linear range of Pd was 0. 0 ~ 140. 0 μg·L - 1(r = 0. 998 3),the average re-covery was 94. 4% and the RSD was 3. 5%(n = 6). Conclusion This method can be used to determine residual Pd in miglitol.关键词
