Abstract
Objective To analyse the total flavonoids content in Calystegia soldanella. Methods Using rutin as refer-ence substance,the content was determined by ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry. Results The content of flavonoids was 5. 73%. Conclusion The content of flavonoids in Calystegia soldanella was relatively high.关键词
