Abstract
Btk is necessary in B-cell antigen receptor( BCR)signaling pathway and cytokine-induced signal pathway in the macrophages. Btk inhibition has emerged as an attractive target for therapeutic intervention in human B-cell malig-nancies and autoimmune disorders. This review summarized the mechanism of Btk inhibitors and recent developments of Btk inhibitors already launched or in clinical trial.关键词
