Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiaomi Vagina Effervescent Tablets combined with Micon-azole Suppositories in the treatment of all kinds of vaginitis. Methods 240 cases of gynecological outpatients come from Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital,which were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,180 cases in experi-mental group,all the patients use Xiaomi Vagina Effervescent Tablets and Miconazole Suppositories externally,two kinds of drugs alternate by 10 days;and 60 cases in control group,all the patients use Miconazole Suppositories alone,they use one pill of the drug every other day. Compared with the symptoms,signs,vaginal secretions culture before and after administra-tion in two groups,patients were followed up for two weeks after drug withdrawal,comparison of two groups in recurrence rate. Results The effective rate of bacterial vaginitis and trichomonas vaginitis in experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the recurrence rate in experimental group was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion Clinical curative effect in the treatment of various vaginitis by Xiaomi Vagina Effervescent Tablets combined with Miconazole Suppositories was exactly,the side effect was small,and the recurrence rate was low,which was worth the clinical promotion.关键词
