枸杞多糖对自身免疫性卵巢早衰模型小鼠的保护作用
The protective effect of lycium barbarum polysaccharide on model of autoimmune premature ovarian failure in mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the Protective effect of lycium barbarum Polysaccharide( LBP)on model of autoim-mune Premature ovarian failure in mice. Methods The model of autoimmune Premature ovarian failure was induced by PzP3 to simulate the Premature ovarian failure( POF)changes. The Protective effects of LBP were investigated in this mod-el. Results LBP treatment significantly imProved the estrous cycle disorder,reduced the levels of the serum AzPAb,follicle-stimulating hormone( FSH),enhanced the level of the serum estradiol( E2 )and gained weight between the 7 weeks to 8 weeks as comPared with the model grouP. Conclusion LBP offerred theraPeutic effect against PzP3-induced autoimmune Premature ovarian failure in mice.关键词
