摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determine the content of AciPimox DisPersible Tab-lets. Methods The C18 column(4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5μm)was adoPted in the HPLC system with acetonitrile-0. 005 mol ·L-1tetrabutylammonium bromide(15:85)as mobile Phase at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL·min-1. The detected wavelength was 273 nm. Results The linear range was 20~120 μg·mL-1 and the regression coefficient was 0. 999 9. The recovery of this method was 98. 7% and RSD was 1. 3%(n=9). Conclusion The method was simPle,quick and reliable. It could be used for actual test and quality control of AciPimox DisPersible Tablets.关键词
