摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of matrine in Compound Shenhua Liniment. Methods The column:Econobase C18 ,column temperature:28 ℃ ,The mobile phase:acetonitrile - 0. 1% phosphate(20:80),the flow rate:1. 0 mL·min - 1 . The detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results The linear range of matrine was 1. 038 ~ 20. 76 μg· mL - 1( r = 0. 999 4),the average recovery was 99. 35% ,the RSD of repeatability test was 1. 95%. Conclusion The method was simple and fast,the results were accurate and reproducible.关键词
