摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop a method for the determination of arginine in Cytidine Disdoium Triphosphate Injec-tion. Methods Ninhydrin spectrophotometry based on ninhydrin reaction was studied at 567nm. Results There was a good linear relationship in the range of 2 ~ 12 μg·mL - 1 for arginine(R2 = 0. 998 2). The standard curve equation was A =0. 078 8C + 0. 032 9. The average recovery was 98. 96% with RSD of 1. 24%(n = 9). Conclusion The method was accu-rate,simple and rapid,and it can be used for the determination of arginine in Cytidine Disdoium Triphosphate Injection.关键词
