Abstract
With 2 - methyl - 3,4 - dimethoxy pyridine as raw material,2 - chloromethyl - 3,4 - two dimethoxy pyri-dine hydrochloride was obtained after chloridating of ammonium chloride and then carried out of condensation reaction with 5 - two difluoro methoxy - 2 - sulfo - 1H - benzimidazole. S - pantoprazole was synthesized by asymmetric oxidation,then salified by sodium hydroxide to gain S - pantoprazole sodium.关键词
