摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC-RID method for the determination of glycerin in Cetirizine Hydrochlo-ride Liniment. MetHods Welch Xtimate NH2 column(4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm)was adopted with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(75:25),the column temperature was 30 ℃,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min-1 and the RID temperature was 35℃. Results The linear range was 1. 006 4~5. 032 mg·mL-1 ,the regression coefficient was 0. 999 3. The average recovery was 102. 7%,and the RSD was 1. 8%( n=6 ). CoNclusioN The method was specific,accurate,convenient and quick.关键词
