Abstract
Objective To discuss the problem about the link of pharmaceutical engineering undergraduate education with the talent training of licensed pharmacists. MetHods The current situations of licensed pharmacists and pharmaceuti-cal engineering undergraduate education were analyzed to put forward the different methods of the talent training of pharma-ceutical engineering undergraduate. Results aNd CoNclusioN The licensed pharmacist demand had a big talent gap in Chi-na. Colleges and universities should establish their models of pharmaceutical engineering undergraduate education linking up with the talent training of licensed pharmacists in order to foster the high-quality pharmaceutical talents.关键词
