摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the severe adverse drug reaction( ADR)reports,understand the characteristics of ADR in children and provide reference for clinical application. MetHods 151 cases of ADR reports collected in our hospi-tal from 2012 to 2013 were analyzed using retrospective study method,then we analyzed the reason why ADR prone to hap-pen in children and the underlying mechanism of drugs. Results The results showed that the susceptibility of children to adverse drug reaction may involve in the physical characteristics,previous medical history and allergies,less clinical trial da-ta and intravenous as the main route of administration. The main types of ADR were the skin and systemic damage. The drugs involved were mainly anti-microbial drugs. CoNclusioN Reducing the incidence of ADR required the concerted ef-forts of country,production companies,doctors,nurses and pharmacists.关键词
