Abstract
Objective To establish the quality standard for Toutongning Granules. Methods The Gastrodia elata,An-gelica sinensis( Oliv)Diels,Saposhnikovia divaricata( Turcz)Schischk. were identified by TLC;The content of Gastrodin was dentermined by HPLC. Results The Gastrodia elata,Angelica sinensis( Oliv),Saposhnikovia divaricata( Turcz)were detected by TLC . The linear range of Gastrodin was 0. 113 6 ~2. 272 μg( r =0. 999 6 ),and the average recovery was 98. 9% with RSD 1. 48%. Conclusions The method was reliable,specifie and accurate,and can effectively control the quality of Toutongning Granules.关键词
