摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of TC regimen( carboplatin + paclitaxel)combined with Wuji Baifeng Pills in treating recurrent ovarian cancer and provide reference for clinical application of Wuji Baifeng Pills in this field. Methods 96 cases of recurrent ovarian cancer patients received at our hospital from March 2011 to March 2013 were randomized into treatment group and control group,each with 48 cases. Control group were given TC regimen to receive chemotherapy and treatment group were added Wuji Baifeng Pills to TC regimen. Performed comparison analysis of curative effects,adverse effects and hospitalization expenses of the two treatment regimens. Results ①Curative effects:the total ef-fective rate of treatment group was 72. 9% and control group 70. 8% and the difference had no statistical significance( P﹥0. 05);②Adverse effects:a. blood system leukocyte:control group showed 24 cases ofⅢdegree andⅣdegree(mean val-ue)and treatment group with 15 cases of Ⅲ degree and Ⅳ degree( mean value). The cases with serious toxic and side effects in control group were significantly higher than treatment group and the comparison of the two groupsχ2 =10. 246,P=0. 001;blood platelet:after 6 periods of chemotherapy of the two groups,grading average degree results of blood platelet toxic and side effects showed that treatment group occurred 5 cases ofⅢdegree andⅣdegree( mean value)toxic and side effects;control group occurred 21 cases of Ⅲ degree and Ⅳ degree( mean value)and the cases of serious toxic and side effects in control group were significantly higher than treatment group,comparison of the two groupsχ2 =14. 207,P=0. 000 and it had statistical significance. b. Grading average degree comparison value of liver and kidney function toxic and side effects wereχ2 =5. 642,P=0. 018 and χ2 =5. 230,P=0. 022,respectively and they both had statistical significance;③Per capita hospitalization total expenses:per capita total expenses of control group were( 24 453 ± 1 635 )yuan;Per capita total expenses of treatment group were(23 418 ± 1 441)yuan and treatment group was significantly lower than control group and the comparison of the two groups showed that t=3. 608 1,P=0. 000 5,and had statistical significance. Conclusion TC regimen combined with Wuji Baifeng Pills in the treatment of recurrent ovarian cancer can strengthen patients'tolerance to chemotherapy medicine,reduce the occurrence of adverse effects or lighten the occurrence degree of adverse effect and re-duce hospitalization expenses. Therefore,it is thought to have promotion and application value.关键词
