摘要

Abstract

Pbjective To study the mechanism of antidepressant effect of Jieyufang. Methods To study the possible mechanism,the following methods had been carried out:the content of monoamine neurotransmitter was determined by enzyme—linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA);The content of monoamine oxidase in the mouse brain was determined by spectropho-tometry. ResuIts In the Jieyufang groupⅠ,Ⅱthe content of 5—HT,DA and NE in the brain increased significantly(p<0. 01, p<0. 05);The content of MAO in the brain decreased significantly(p<0. 01,p<0. 05). ConcIusion The mechanism of antidepressant may be associated with decrease the activity of MAO,increase the concentration of 5 —HT,NE,DA in the brain.
