摘要
Abstract
Pbjective To isolate lactobacillus from healthy female Vaginal Secretions,seek the advantage lactobacillus and provide a basis for treating bacterial strains vaginal disease. Methods Using traditional morphology analysis to identify lactobacillus. Screening for hydrogen peroxide—producing lactobacillus. Applying 16SrRNA sequence analysis molecular bi-ology methods to identify it exactly. And had confirmed its bacteriostasis experiment effect. ResuIts L. gasseri,L. crispatus, L. jensenii were the major species isolated from the healthy women,and the other types included L. johnsonii,L. acidophilus and L. fermentum. Most of these lactobacilli can produce hydrogen peroxide,and also had certain inhibitory action to the pathogenic microorganism. ConcIusion L. crispatus,L. jensenii and L. gasseri were predominant species in the vagina of healthy Chinese women and can produce hydrogen peroxide. They had certain inhibitory action to the pathogenic microorgan-ism.关键词
