Abstract
Pbjective To establish a method for the determination of puerarin in Ganmao Zhike Granules by HPLC. Methods The C18 column(4. 6 mm × 200 mm,5 μm)was adopted with the mobile phase of methanol—water(28:72)at the flow rate o f 1. 0 mL·min—1 ,and the detection wavelength was 250 nm. Theoretical plate number should not be less than 4 000 according to the puerarin peak. ResuIts The date showed that this method could clearly separate puerarin peak from its nearby impurity peaks,with a better linear range of 0. 008 82~ 0. 441 1 μg(R2 =1. 000 0),and the average recovery was 97. 66% and the RsD was 0. 801 7%(n=6). ConcIusion This method was simple,accurate and reliable, so it can be used for the quality control of Ganmao Zhike Granules.关键词
