HPLC法测定咽喉清口含片中次野鸢尾黄素的含量
Determination of irisflorentin in Yanhouqing Buccal Tablets by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
objective To establish a method for the determination of irisflorentin in Yanhouqing Buccal Tablets. Methods Using a HPLC method with Waters Symmetry C18 column(4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was a methanol-0. 4% phosphoric acid solution(62:38),the detection wavelength was 265 nm,flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min-1 , and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The precision and stability were fine,the standard curve of irisflorentin was rectilinear within the range of 0. 020 52~0. 205 2μg(r=0. 999 9). The average recovery of irisflorentin was 97. 70% with RSD of 2. 77%(n=6). Conclusion The method was simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the determi-nation of irisflorentin in Yanhouqing Buccal Tablets.关键词
