摘要
Abstract
objective To observe the chronic toxicity of Taohong Qingxue Tablets in rats. Methods Wistar rats were fed Taohong Qingxue Tablets at dose of 5. 0 and 0. 83 g·dg-1 crude drug for 60 times and 10 times of clinical use daily dose,once a day,continuous administration of 6 months. observed daily animal behavior,appearance,weighed one time weedly and withdrawal two weeds;10 rats of each group were measured with Indexes of hematology and blood biochemistry of after stopping 24 h and 14 d;And sacrificed to measure organ coefficient of the major organs for pathological examination. Results The appearance,behavior,weights,the indexes of hematology and the organ coefficient of low-dose group were norma1. There were no significant difference observed between treeting groups and the controls in the blood biochemical in-dicators. No obvious pathological changes was found in major organ of autopsy animal. It was also no delayed toxicity 2 weeds after discontinuation of the drug. Conclusion Taohong Qingxue Tablets had no apparent chronic toxicity and was safe to use with clinical dosage.关键词
