高效液相色谱法测定克林霉素磷酸酯片的含量

摘要
Abstract
objective To establish a method for the determination of Clindamycin Phosphate Tablets. Methods The HPLC method was performed on C8 column with a mobile phase of phosphate buffer-acetonitrile(73:27)and the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm. The contents were determined by external standard. Results The calibration curve was line-ar in the range of 0. 060~0. 60 mg·mL-1(R2 =0. 997 9). The average recovery was 98. 98% with RSD of 0. 46%. Con-clusion The method was simple,rapid and accurate. It can be used for the determination of Clindamycin Phosphate Tab-lets.关键词
