Abstract
objective To evaluate the efficacy,economy and safety of 10 dinds of anti-ventricular arrhythmia drugs and give reference for rational selection of anti-ventricular arrhythmia drugs. Methods By searching literatures,the infor-mation of efficacy and safety of 10 dinds of anti-ventricular arrhythmic drugs were collected;Tading the top limit of average expense monthly as cost,efficiency as effectiveness,the analysis of cost-effectiveness was performed,to compare the cost-effectiveness ratio,the adverse reactions were also compared. Results The total effective rate of anti-ventricular ar-rhythmia medicine was 78. 71%,drug adverse reaction rate was 13. 97%;The lower cost drugs were propafenone,amioda-rone,sotolol,mexiletine,atenolol,every month cost were 40. 5~87. 6. Conclusion We encourage to use basic drugs and high efficient,high safe and low cost drugs.关键词
