Abstract
Objective To detect the content of lead in 24 kinds of decoction pieces of traditional Chinese drug and 5 kinds of decoctions,and explore the causes of blood lead exceed the standard. Methods Graphite furnace atomic absorp-tion spectrometry was adopted. Results The content range of lead in 24 kinds of decoction pieces of traditional Chinese drug was 0. 12 ~ 1. 05 mg·L — 1 ,the average was 0. 46 mg·L — 1;The content range of lead in 5 kinds of decoctions was 0. 02 ~ 0. 06 mg·L — 1 ,the average was 0. 03 mg·L — 1;The content of lead in 24 kinds of decoction pieces of traditional Chi-nese drug and 5 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine decoction were not greater than five ppm(mg·kg — 1 ,mg·L — 1 ). Conclusion This method was simple,reliable and accurate,so it can be used for determining the content of lead in decoc-tion pieces of traditional Chinese drugs and decoctions.关键词
