雄激素及其受体在肝细胞癌中的研究进展
Research Progress on androgens and androgen recePtor in hePatocellular carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the most common primary liver cancer,which has been considered a hor-mone — dependent tumor. Similar gender disparity is seen in men and mice. The gender differences may be related to sex hor-mones,and androgen receptor may play a role in initiation and development besides metastasis in HCC. In this review,we de-scribed the relationship between androgen receptor and the initiation and development besides metastasis of HCC,along with the possible molecular mechanisms. Androgen receptor may be an potential target in the personalized treatment,auxiliary exist-ing medicines and providing the reference for the clinical diagnosis and prognosis prediction as well as grading of tumor.关键词
