摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the general rules and characteristics of adverse reactions of etimicin sulfate for the treatment of pulmonary infections,and promote rational use of drugs. Methods To analysis the adverse reaction reports of sulfate etimicin in a provincial hospital from 2010 to 2013. Results A total of 43 cases of adverse reactions report were col-lected,adverse reactions occurred up to 60 years of age or older,there was no significant difference in other ages;The most common damage occurred with gastrointestinal reactions,ototoxicity and kidney function,sometimes severe renal impair-ment. Conclusion In the case of widely use,should take individualized medication,while strengthening the monitoring of adverse reactions.关键词
