簇花清风藤脂溶性成分的GC-MS分析
GC-MS analysis of liposoluble components in Sabia fasciculata Lecomte ex L. Chen

Abstract
Objective To analyze the liposoluble components from the Sabia fasciculata Lecomete ex L. Chen. Methods Liposoluble components were extracted from Sabia fasciculata Lecomete ex L. Chen by silica gel column chromatography. The relative contents were determined by GC-MS with area normalization method. Results 39 componts were separated from sample 1. The main ingredients were(Z)-9-octadecenoic acid(13. 15%);10-trans,12-cis-octadecadienoic acid(6. 74%);Hexadecanoic acid(3. 94%);Stearic acid(3. 04%)(;Z)-13-docosenoic acid(2. 76%);Decahydro-8α-ethyl-1,1,4α,6-tetramethylnaphthalene(2. 43%)in the sample 1. 10 components were separated from sample 2,the main ingre-dients were myristic acid(4. 63%);15-methyl-hexadecanoic acid(4. 55%);14-methyl-pentadecanoic acid(4. 33%);Phytol(3. 09%). Conclusion The results provided supplements and references for the further utilization and study of the plant of Sabia fasciculata Lecomete ex L. Chen.关键词
