摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a surface-enhanced Raman scattering( SERS)method for the detection of dyed Amur Cork-tree Bark. Methods Supported silver nanoparticles on filter paper were synthesized by the method of in situ reduction. Experimental designs were performed to obtain the best detection results by studying the parameters:the concen-tration of silver nitrate solution,the enhancement effect and stability of the Ag NPs-paper. Results The dyed Amur Cork-tree Bark,stained by Auramine O at the concentration of 0. 01 mg·mL-1 ,had been successfully detected. Conclusion Compared with the Ag NPs-paper and SERS technology,the scheme provided a simple and rapid detection method of dyed Amur Cork-tree Bark.关键词
