我院245例药品不良反应报告分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To probe the characteristics and general pattern of ADR cases in our hospital. Methods A to-tal of 245 ADR cases which were collected from our hospital from 2013 to 2014 had been reported to National Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Network. Those cases were analyzed statistically. Results In total 245 cases,51. 84% were female which was higher than male(48. 16%);115 cases were induced by antibiotics,accounting for46. 94%. Most of ADR cases were induced by injection and intravenous administration,accounting for 65. 30% and 68. 98%. Lesions of skin and its ap-pendants were most common clinical manifestations of ADR,accounting for 42. 45%(104 cases). There were severe ADR of 26 cases(10. 61%). All of ADR cases were cured or improved. Conlusion Great importance should be attached to ADR monitoring in the clinic,especially application indication of antibiotics,focus on the old people and other special pop-ulations,and injection,intravenous drug,etc,in order to reduce the incidence of ADR.关键词
