摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of IL-6,PGE2,TNF-αby Xinxue Tablets in treating acute pharyngitis of rat,and observe improvement of pathomorphism,then to evaluate the threatment effect. Methods 60 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,Xinxue Tablets high dosage group,Xinxue Tablets middle dosage group,Xinx-ue Tablets small dosage group,and positive control group. To observe the change of the contents of IL-6,PGE2,TNF-α by treating with Xinxue Tablets,and to observe pathomorphism of pharyngeal mucosa tissue. Results Compared with model group,the contents of IL-6,PGE2,TNF-α were significantly decreased in Xinxue Tablets high dosage group and middle dosage group(P<0. 05),and the contents of IL-6,PGE2 were decreased in Xinxue Tablets high dosage group compared with positive control group,but not significantly;Pathological morphology reflected that comparing with model group,the degree of pharyngeal mucosa epithelial tissue hyperplasia and integral of inflammatory cells infiltration were significantly decreased in Xinxue Tablets high dosage group and middle dosage group(P<0. 05). Conclusion Xinxue Tablets had the significant effect on acute pharyngitis rat models.关键词
