归脾丸质量标准研究
Study on the quality standard of Guipi Pills
摘要
Abstract
Objective To improve the quality standard of Guipi Pills for better controlling the quality of drugs. Meth-ods The TLC was employed on Radix Astragali,honey-fried Radix Astragali,Radix Polygalae,Radix Angelicae Sinensis for identification;The content of astragaloside in Radix Astragali was determined by HPLC-ELSD. A Dikma Diamonsil C18 column(4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm)was adopted with methanol-water(32:68)as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL· min-1 . An eweaporative light-scattering detector( ELSD)Model 2000 was used with the drift tube temperature at 105 ℃and the gas flow rate at 2. 5 L·min-1 . Results The TLC chromatographic spots were clear;The linear range of astragalo-side was 1. 046 0~5. 230 0 μg(r=0. 999 8),the average recovery was 101. 24%,and RSD=1. 92%(n=6). Conclusion The results showed that this method was accurate,reliable and can be used for the preparation of quality control.关键词
