Abstract
Objective To investigate the stability of Qinghuozhimai Tablets. Methods Using high performance liquid chromatography determination of Qinghuozhimai Tablets placed at different times in a certain temperature and humidity,the content of its main effective component geniposide,andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide. Results Through acceler-ated stability test,after storing for 6 months,the content of geniposide had no significant difference and the contents of an-drographolide and dehydroandrographolide were descended. Conclusion The method was accurate,precise and reproduci-ble. The quality of Qinghuozhimai Tablets was stable.关键词
