坎地沙坦联合曲美他嗪治疗原发性高血压左室肥厚的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of Candesartan combined with Trimetazidine on treating ventricu-lus sinister hypertrophy of essential hypertension. Methods 115 cases of essential hypertension patients were divided into two groups randomly. A group was treated by Candesartan orally and B group was treated by Candesartan combined with Tri-metazidine. The antihypertensive effect and changes of echocardiogram index of two groups were compared. Results Com-pared with pretherapy,the blood pressures of patients in two groups were obviously reduced(P<0. 05),but the antihyper-tensive effects had no statistics difference(P>0. 05). LVEDd,LVPWT,IVST,LVMI,LVEF and E/A in two groups were obviously improved and B group was all better than A group(P<0. 05). Conclusion Compared with treating only with Candesartan,Candesartan combined with Trimetazidine can obviously reverse the ventriculus sinister hypertrophy of essential hypertension and improve heart function.关键词
