Effect of Yin-yang Acupuncture by Respiratory Reinforcing-reducing Method on Flexion-extension Angle of Lower Limb Joint in Hemiplegic Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Yin-yang acupuncture by respiratory reinforcing-reducing method(YARRM) on flexion angle of lower limb joint in hemiplegic stroke. Methods:Total 60 patients were enrolled and divided into two groups by random digits table. There were 30 cases in each group. The con-trol group were treated with basic treatment,the treatment group with YARRM and basic treatment. Flex-ion-extension angle of lower limb joint was assessed by automatic robotic gait assessment system at the be-ginning of the treatment and 28 days after treatment. Results:Compared with control group,there were sig-nificant difference in treatment group on HFA-FF,MAX-HFA,MAX-HEA,KFA-FF,MAX-KFA-TP,MAX-KFA-WP(P<0.05). Conclusion:YARRM can improve hemiplegic gait and walking function of hemiplegic stroke.关键词
