摘要
Abstract
Objective:Establish the check method of deposit heavy metals and arsenic salts in ophicalcitum and calcined ophicalcitum. Methods:Deposit heavy metals and arsenic salts in ophicalcitum and calcined ophicalcitum were detected by colorimetric method and Gu-Cai method. Results:The content determination of deposit heavy metals in 10 batches of ophicalcitum and calcined ophicalcitum from different origins was less than 2 μg·g-1. The content determination of arsenic salts was less than 0.5 μg·g-1. Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and can be used to control the quality of ophicalcitum and calcined ophicalci-tum.关键词
