Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the curative efficacy and safety of Banxia Xiexin decoction on diabetic gastroparesis. Methods:Randomized controlled trials of treatment of diabetic gastroparesis by Banxia Xiexin decoction were collected from the Cochrane Library,PubMed,CNKI,Wanfang database and CBM. The risk of bias of included studies was assessed by the criteria recommended by the Cochrane. The relative data was extracted. Statistical analyses such as heterogeneity analyse,meta-analyses,sensitivity analy-ses and funnel plot analyses were performed by Review Manager 5.2.6 software. Results:17 qualified trials with 1 262 patients were included. The risk of method bias was generally high among them. The Meta analyses showed that compared with medicine for promoting gastrointestinal impetus ,Banxia Xiexin decoction can improve clinical efficacy. RR=1.25,95%CI[1.19,1.32],RD=0.18,95%CI[0.14,0.22]. The result was statisti-cally significant. The sensitivity analyses suggested the result had good stability. Banxia Xiexin decoction had less adverse reaction. The funnel plot is asymmetry. Conclusion:The existing evidence indicates that treating diabetic gastroparesis with Banxia Xiexin decoction is effective and safe. But due to the high bias risk of included studies,clinical trials with adequate samples,rational design and strict execution should be carried out to provide more reliable evidence.关键词
