温针灸治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of warm acupuncture-moxibustion on treatment of lumbar disc herniation of cold dampness type. Methods:76 patients with lumbar disc herniation of cold dampness type were divided into observation group and control group according to even and odd month. 41 patients in ob-servation group were treated with warm acupuncture-moxibustion and 35 patients in control group were treated with manipulation acupuncture. 4 weeks after the treatment ,the JOA score of lumbar function and VAS score were given. Results:After treatment,pain and lumbar function of the two groups were improved significantly . The difference was statistically significant ( P<0 . 05 ) . After treatment , the average VAS score and modifed index of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Warm acupuncture-moxibustion had significant effect on treating lumbar disc herniation of cold dampness type.关键词
