摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe curative efficacy of electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation on low-er limb swelling after total knee arthroplasty. Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into elec-tro-acupuncture group,rehabilitation group and electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation group. Swelling degree,pain indexes and curative efficacy of the three groups before and after treatment were com-pared. Results:The swelling degree and pain scores(PRI、VAS、PPI) of the three groups all decreased,which was significantly different from that before treatment (P<0.05). Compared with electro-acupuncture and reha-bilitation group,all indicators of the electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation group were significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01). The toatl curative effect of electro-acupuncture com-bine with rehabilitation of was 95.00%. The clinical curative effect of electro-acupuncture combined with re-habilitation group was better than that of electro-acupuncture group and rehabilitation group. Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation had obvious effect on easing pain and improving symptoms in the treatment of swelling after total knee arthroplasty.关键词
