不同栽培居群忍冬植株形态特征研究
Study on Botanical Morphological Characteristics of Lonicera Japonica from Different Cultivated Populations
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the correlation between morphological variation of lonicera japonica and the environmental factors by observing and comparing the morphological characteristics of lonicera japonica from different cultivated populations. Methods:Choose lonicera japonica of the same age from six cultivated popu-lations (Shandong,Hebei,Henan,etc.) and determined their morphological characteristics index,such as plant height,plant diameter,branch length and diameter,leaf length and width,leaf aspect ratio,bud length and diameter,dry weight of buds,etc. At the same time,recorded the longitude and latitude,altitude,annual average temperature,annual rainfall,annual sunshine hours,etc. of the cultivated sites. Analyzed the data by SPSS statistical software. Result:Variations existed in various morphological characteristics of lonicera japon-ica from different cultivated populations ,but the variation extents were different. Environmental factors ,espe-cially the soil,have important influence on botanical morphological characteristics of lonicera japonic. The influence of cultivation measures on botanical morphological characteristics sometimes was more greater than the influence of environmental factors. Conclusion:Not only genetic and environmental factors had influence on botanical morphological characteristics ,but also the cultivated measures. The botanical morphological characteristics can be taken as an important reference for quality differentiating ,breed selecting and purity research of lonicera japonica.关键词
