摘要

Abstract

Objective:To optimize the extraction technology of flavonoids in albizzia julibrissin durazz. by or-thogonal design. Methods:The total flavonoids yield in the extracts were measured by spectrophotometer. The effect of ethanol concentration,solid to liquid ratio,extraction time,extraction temperature on the yield were investigated by single factor and orthogonal experiment. Then the extraction conditions were optimized. Re-sults:The order of significant factors that affected on the yield was as follows:solid to liquid ratio>ethanol concentration>extraction time>extraction temperature. In the optimum extraction technology ,the solid to liq-uid ratio was 1∶20,the ethanol concentration was 60%,the extraction time was 2 hours and the extraction temperature was 70℃. Under the above condition,the yield of flavonoids was 2.31%. Conclusion:This ex-traction technology is stable,reasonable and feasible,and it is applicable for industrial manufacture.
