健脾祛湿法治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of method of invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness com-bined with valsartan in treating early diabetic nephropathy. Methods:50 cases of early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into combined group (invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness combined with val-sartan)and ARB group (valsartan). The effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)syndromes,urinary albu-min excretion rate(UAER),blood pressure and serum creatinine before and after treatment were observed. Results:After 3 months treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes of combined group was 90.0%, higher than 60.0% in control group(P=0.031<0.05). The UAER of both groups were decreased after treat-ment(both P<0.01),and the combined group was lower than ARB group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood pressures of both groups were decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05),and the combined group it was lower than that in ARB group(P<0.05). But comparison between the two groups,there was no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion:The method of invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness combined with valsartan can im-prove TCM clinical syndromes and reduce the urinary microalbumin.关键词
