Comparision of Os Draconis and Forging Os Draconis from Different Producing Area
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the quality of Os Draconis and forging Os Draconis from different produc-ing area. Methods:Heavy metals and arsenic content were determined by colorimetry and Gutzeit method ,re-spectively. Contents of total calcium in Os Draconis and calcium in water decoction were determined using EDTA method. Results:Both heavy metals and arsenic content were less than 1.5 ×10-5 in Os Draconis and forging Os Draconis from different producing area. The content range of total calcium was 68%~84% in Os Draconis and the content range of calcium in water decoction was 70%~89%. The calcium content of water decoction increased significantly after Os Draconis was forged. Conclusion: The quality of Os Draconis from different producing area shows obvious difference. The forging of Os Draconis can make the effective ingre-dient to be extracted easily.关键词
