Abstract
Objective:To determine the content of syringin by RP-HPLC in Ciwujia dropping pill. Methods:The HPLC system consisted of Kromasil C18 column(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),mobile phase:methanol-0.5%acetic acid(20∶80),flow rate:0.7 mL/min,detective wavelength:265 nm,and the column temperature:25℃. Re-sults:The calibration curves was linear between 14.48~115.84μg/mL,and the average recovery was 98.46%, RSD=0.42%(n=5) for syringin. Conclusion:The method to determine the content of Ciwujia dropping pill of syringing is accurate,sensitive,reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Ciwujia dropping pill.关键词
